Crown Screw and Eutaktika have come together to launch an exciting new venture aimed at Companies who are looking to simplify their purchasing and stock control process, whilst reducing their material costs by rationalising the number of suppliers they have to manage.
Crown Screw is a well-established distributor of industrial fasteners, cold formed and turned parts to the automotive and general manufacturing sectors, operating from its warehouse in West Bromwich. Crown Screw also operates a Stock Management System with some of its Customers, whereby inventory is managed as a Kanban, and topped up at pre-determined intervals by the delivery operative. This ensures that stock is always available, but inventory levels are kept to a minimum.
Eutaktika has been involved in supply chain development since 2005, and provides support in low cost sourcing from the UK, Central Europe and beyond, supply chain development, and strategic projects such as make vs buy, inventory management and new product launch. The combination of facilities and expertise means that we are now able to offer a “one stop shop” for the following services;
- Supply of a wide range of manufactured components and assemblies, including but not exclusively;
- Standard and special fasteners in a variety of coatings
- Cold formed components
- Machined parts in any material and volume
- Laser cut, bent, pressed and fabricated components
- Castings and hot forgings
- Plastic, rubber and foam parts
- Review of your existing bought out product range to identify opportunities to rationalise your existing supply base, and reduce the resource required to manage current and future products
- Installation of a replenishment Kanban to simplify ordering through to invoicing
- Certification to meet your requirements; full traceability, PPAP, etc.
- Support in resolving supplier performance issues, new product launch and product development
We would welcome the opportunity to meet with you, so that we can discuss how we could simplify your purchasing and logistical processes, whilst contributing to the bottom line.
