Crown Screw is a well-established distributor of industrial fasteners, cold formed and turned parts to the automotive and general manufacturing sectors, operating from its warehouse in West Bromwich. Crown Screw also operates a Stock Management System with some of its Customers, whereby inventory is managed as a Kanban, and topped up at pre-determined intervals by the delivery operative. This ensures that stock is always available, but inventory levels are kept to a minimum. Eutaktika has been involved in supply chain development since 2005, and provides support in low cost sourcing from the UK, Central Europe and beyond, supply chain development, and strategic projects such as make vs buy, inventory management and new product launch.
